மஹீம்  மூலாதாரே  கமபி மணிபூரே ஹுதவஹம்       
ஸ்திதம் ஸ்வாதிஷ்டானே  ஹ்ருதி மருத மாகாசம் உபரி  
மனோ(அ)பி ப்ரூ மத்யே ஸகலமபி பித்வா குலபதம்
ஸஹஸ்ராரே  பத்மே ஸஹ ரஹஸி பத்யா விஹரசே

Oh,my Goddess! In the thousand petalled lotus,You live in seclusion with
your consort.This lotus can be reached after breaking through the microways of
1. The power of earth in Mooladhara,
2. The power of water in Manipoora,
3. The power of fire in swathishtana,
4. The power of air in heart(Anahatha),and
5. The power of ether in between the eyelids(Agna).

என் தாயே! ஆயிரம் இதழ் கொண்ட தாமரையில், நீ தனிமையில்

உனது துணையுடன் வசிக்கின்றாய். இந்தத் தாமரையை கீழ்கண்ட தளைகளை உடைத்து தான் வர முடியும்:

1. மூலாதாரமான பூமியின் சக்தி

2. மணிபூரகமான  நீரின் சக்தி

3. ஸ்வாதிஷ்டானமான அக்னியின் சக்தி

4. அனாஹதமான (இருதயத்தில்)  காற்றின் சக்தி

5. ஆக்னமான (புருவங்களின் இடையில்)  ஆகாயத்தின் சக்தி.
