தவாபர்ணே கர்ணே   ஜப நயந பைசுந்ய சகிதா
நிலீயந்தே தோயே நியதம் அநிமேஷா: சபரிகா:
இயம் ச ஸ்ரீர் பத்தச் சத புட கவாடம் குவலயம்
ஜஹாதி ப்ரத்யூஷே நிசி ச விகடய்ய ப்ரவிசதி


Oh one who has no source!
It is for sure that the black female fish in the stream are scared to shut their eyes as they fear thay Your long eyes resembling all of them would murmur bad about them to Your ears which are near by. It is also definite that Goddess Mahalakshmi enters the blooming blue lily flowers before your eyes close at night and reenter in the morning when they are open.


ஆதி இல்லாதவளே
ஓடையில் உள்ள கரிய பெண் மீனானது தான் கண்ணை மூடினால், அவர்களை ஒத்திருக்கும் உனது நீண்ட கண்கள் அருகில் உள்ள உனது நீண்ட காதுகளில் தன்னைப்  பற்றி முணுமுணுக்கும் என்று அஞ்சி தனது கண்களை மூடவில்லை. இது நிச்சயம்.
மகாலட்சுமி தாயார் நீ இரவு கண்களை மூடும் முன்னால் பூத்துள்ள நீல லில்லி மலர்களின் உட்புகுந்து காலையில் உனது கண்கள் திறந்த பின்னால் மீண்டும் வருகின்றாள். இதுவும் நிச்சயம்.
